TazelMeChat Talent Network
Agent & Producer Compensation Policy (v1.0)
Transparent. Creator-first. System-enforced.
1. Purpose & Philosophy
This policy defines how Talent Agents and Producers are compensated on the TazelMeChat platform.
TazelMeChat is a creator-first platform. Talent Partners are rewarded only from creator earnings,
only when creators get paid, and only while value is being provided.
- No forced relationships
- No lifetime claims
- No off-platform payments
- No hidden percentages
2. Core Compensation Rules (Non-Negotiable)
- All compensation is paid from creator earnings.
TazelMeChat does not pay Agents or Producers directly. All revenue shares come from the creator’s earned income. - Compensation is paid at payout time.
Agents and Producers are paid only when a creator requests a payout. Percentages are calculated and deducted at that moment. - No payout = no payment.
If a creator does not request a payout, no Agent or Producer payment is made. - No off-platform or private payment arrangements.
All compensation must flow through TazelMeChat. Any attempt to bypass the system is a violation. - Calculation basis.
Agent and Producer compensation is calculated on the creator’s net platform earnings after payment processing fees.
3. Talent Agent Compensation
3.1 Agent Role Summary
Talent Agents are compensated for recruiting qualified PSOs, assisting with onboarding, and helping creators reach first earnings.
Agents do not manage creators long-term unless separately assigned as Producers.
3.2 Agent Revenue Share (Fixed)
- 5% of the creator’s net platform earnings (after processing fees)
- Duration: 6 months
- Start: When the creator becomes Active
Active Creator Definition: A creator is considered active once they generate their first paid transaction on TazelMeChat.
3.3 Agent Payment Timing
- Agent compensation is deducted at the time the creator requests a payout.
- The Agent’s share is paid simultaneously with the creator’s payout.
- If no payout is requested, no Agent payment is issued.
3.4 What Agents Do NOT Earn For
- If the creator never becomes active
- After the 6-month term ends
- After the creator leaves the platform
- During periods when payouts are not requested
- If the Agent is suspended or removed for policy violations
4. Producer Compensation
4.1 Producer Role Summary
Producers provide ongoing, hands-on support such as branding and positioning, pricing guidance, social media strategy,
retention and upselling, performance optimization, and creator sustainability. Producer compensation reflects
ongoing contribution, not recruitment.
4.2 Producer Revenue Share (Creator-Approved)
- 7%–10% of the creator’s net platform earnings (after processing fees)
- Percentage is based on Producer experience and scope
- Must be explicitly agreed to by the creator
- Paid only while the Producer is actively assigned
There is no default Producer assignment. Producer relationships are always opt-in.
4.3 Producer Assignment Rules
- Creators must explicitly opt in to assign a Producer.
- Creators may change or remove a Producer at any time.
- Producer compensation starts immediately upon assignment and stops immediately upon removal.
- No notice period is required.
4.4 Producer Payment Timing
- Producer compensation is deducted at the time the creator requests a payout.
- The Producer’s share is paid at the same time as the creator payout.
- No payout request = no Producer payment.
5. Hybrid Talent Partner Compensation
Hybrid Talent Partners may earn two separate compensation streams (Agent + Producer), governed independently.
There is no hybrid cap. Creators see and approve all percentages before assignment.
5.1 Agent Component (Recruiting)
- 5% for 6 months, same as any Agent
- Applies only to creators they recruited
- Paid at payout time, deducted from creator earnings
5.2 Producer Component (Ongoing Support)
- 7%–10%, creator-approved
- Paid only while assigned as Producer
- Paid at payout time, deducted from creator earnings
Months 1–6: 5% Agent + 8% Producer = 13%
Month 7 onward: 0% Agent + 8% Producer = 8%
6. Transparency & Creator Control
- Creators can always see whether they have an Agent and/or Producer.
- Creators can always see exact percentages and the remaining Agent term (countdown).
- Creators can remove or change Producers at any time.
- Agents and Producers can see assigned creators, payout history, and term expiration (if applicable).
7. Prohibited Compensation Conduct
- Collecting money directly from creators
- Requesting tips, bonuses, or side payments
- Renegotiating percentages outside the platform
- Extending terms without platform approval
- Misrepresenting compensation or payout timing
Violations may result in removal from the Talent Network, forfeiture of unpaid revenue share, and account suspension or termination.
8. Platform Authority
TazelMeChat reserves the right to modify compensation structures for future agreements, introduce Producer tiers,
pause or audit payouts during disputes or investigations, and enforce this policy through platform systems.
Changes apply prospectively, not retroactively.
