TazelMeChat Talent Network
Code of Conduct (Agents • Producers • Hybrid Talent Partners)
Purpose
This Code of Conduct exists to protect creators, protect Talent Partners, and protect TazelMeChat.
Our Talent Network is built on trust, consent, professionalism, and creator autonomy.
If you can’t operate ethically, you won’t operate here.
Core Principles
- Creator-first: Creators own their identity, pricing, schedule, and business decisions.
- Consent & freedom: Creators can choose, change, or remove Producers at any time.
- Transparency: Be clear about your role, your % (if any), and what you do (and don’t) provide.
- Professionalism: Treat creators and fans with respect. No harassment. No manipulation.
- Safety: Prioritize privacy, security, and compliance at every step.
What You MAY Do
- Scout and recruit potential PSOs using ethical outreach (no spam tactics).
- Explain TazelMeChat features clearly and honestly.
- Help creators onboard: verification, profile setup, basic feature training, pricing guidance.
- Support creators with branding and social strategy (content planning, posting cadence, funnels).
- Offer performance support: goal setting, analytics review, upsell ideas, retention strategies.
- Encourage healthy boundaries and burnout prevention.
- Recommend best practices for privacy and account safety.
What You MUST NEVER Do
- Never ask for or store creator passwords (platform, email, social media, payment accounts).
- Never demand control over pricing, schedule, content style, or identity.
- Never threaten creators to keep your assignment, revenue share, or relationship.
- Never misrepresent yourself as TazelMeChat staff if you are not staff.
- Never solicit or demand explicit content from creators as a condition of support.
- Never encourage illegal activity or actions that violate platform rules.
- Never harass, demean, or pressure creators into choices they don’t want.
- Never attempt to “own” creators or claim exclusivity unless Tazel explicitly authorizes it in writing.
Recruiting Standards (Agents & Hybrids)
- No spam blasts, bot DMs, deceptive “too good to be true” promises, or false earnings claims.
- Be honest about: platform fees, expectations, and how long any Agent share lasts.
- Never imply creators are required to use you as their Producer.
- Respect “no” immediately. Do not continue outreach after someone declines.
Producer Standards (Producers & Hybrids)
- Keep creator communications professional and respectful.
- Give advice, not commands. Creators choose what to implement.
- Support privacy: separate work identities, safe posting habits, and platform-safe marketing.
- Encourage sustainable routines and boundaries to reduce burnout.
- Do not “gatekeep” information—teach creators how to run their own business.
Confidentiality
Talent Partners may learn sensitive information (creator plans, branding details, earnings patterns, etc.).
You must keep creator information confidential and only use it to support the creator’s success.
Do not share creator data, private conversations, or identifying details outside the platform.
Reporting & Enforcement
TazelMeChat takes creator safety seriously. If we receive credible reports of misconduct, we may investigate and take action.
- Consequences can include warnings, removal from the Talent Network, and loss of revenue share.
- Serious violations may result in immediate termination and account suspension.
- Creators always retain the right to remove a Producer at any time.
