What is the Talent Network?
The TazelMeChat Talent Network is a creator-first ecosystem designed to help PSOs build real, sustainable income.
Instead of relying on big corporate marketing, we empower people like you to scout, support, and grow creators —
and earn a share as they succeed.
Three Core Roles
Talent Agent – Recruit & Onboard
Agents discover new PSOs, invite them to TazelMeChat, and guide them through the signup and onboarding process.
You’re the friendly first contact that helps creators get started and make their first earnings.
Producer – Grow & Develop
Producers work closely with creators to help them grow their business: branding, pricing, social media, fan retention,
and performance optimization. You’re the strategist and support system behind the scenes.
Hybrid – Full-Service Partner
Hybrid Talent Partners do both: recruit new PSOs and support them long-term. Creators choose whether to work with you
as their Producer, and your earnings grow as theirs do.
Creator-First by Design
- Creators choose whether to work with an Agent, a Producer, or neither.
- Being recruited by an Agent does not lock a creator into any management.
- Creators can add, change, or remove a Producer at any time.
- Agents and Producers never control passwords, pricing, or personal identity.
How Compensation Works

- Agents: Earn around 5% of the creator’s platform revenue for the first 6 months.
- Producers: Earn around 7–10% of the creator’s platform revenue while assigned as Producer.
- Hybrids: Earn both streams: Agent share for 6 months, Producer share as long as the creator chooses.
All percentages are examples; final values are defined in the official Compensation Policy.
